The full-service Internet infrastructure service provider, controlled by Chinese e-commerce portal Alibaba.com Ltd., has hired Credit Suisse Group and Morgan Stanley to handle the listing plan, the people said.

Lync is a cloud-based instant messaging, conferencing and collaboration service. According to the press release, users manage instant messaging, voice chat, video chat, meetings and shared whiteboard sessions from their PC.
